 Until six years ago, it was believed that a person's IQ is determined by genetic factors, so improvement in that is not possible.  But a recent study of Michigan University shows that our brain is more flexible than we understand.  The findings of the research can prove to be very important for those who have been poor in education since childhood, and this is why they are labelled as having a low IQ forever.  Clearly, an improvement in IQ is possible.  There are many ways to do this▶️

 ✨ Make a habit of writing your thoughts. There can be no better brainstorming exercise to increase creativity, rationality and focus.  

✨ Develop the habit of reading books.  This will not only increase creativity in you, but will also keep your mind fresh. 

✨ By watching good movies and plays, you can learn how a particular character behaved in a particular situation.  

✨Do not keep yourself attached to a particular action for a long time.  This hinders your learning process.  New habits should be developed. 

 ✨By solving mind puzzles like Sudoku and Crossword, the mind is sharpened, and the person increases the ability to learn.

✨ Participating in healthy discussions not only provides an opportunity to analyse your thoughts, but also to get acquainted with new ideas.  

 Actually, now everyone is unanimous that IQ is related to both the genetics of the person and the environment in which he lives.  According to experts, genetic factors contribute 40–80% to our IQ, while the rest is influenced by the external environment.  Suppose a person is kept completely isolated from the external environment and kept for years in solitude.  In these circumstances, the input from outside his intelligence will be zero.  Obviously, the more a person learns from the outside world, the more his IQ will increase.  So stay updated and keep learning.
